He is scheduled to appear in a Walton County, Florida, court on Sept. 2. His son is also set to appear in court due to his role in the incident.

PITTSFORD, NY – The Buffalo Bills today announced that the team has placed DE Mario Williams, K Dan Carpenter and CB Leodis McKelvin on the Active/Non-Football Injury list. The team also announced that it has placed TE Chris Manhertz and CB Cam Thomas on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform list.
