Tonight we are kicking it old school, thanks to my friend Sue and my mom. Both of them mentioned this amazing player that will probably always be remembered as one of the most legendary players of all time. Yes, I am talking about Joe Namath of the New York Jets and Los Angeles Rams ! Let’s take a peek into the past, shall we?

Joe is the first quarterback to throw 4,000 yards in one season. (1967)

He played in the very first Monday Night Football Game on September 21, 1970 when the Jets played the Cleveland Browns.
He also has appeared in several television show and movies, including Laugh-In, The Love Boat, CC and Company and The Brady Bunch. He also worked as a host for The Cometitive Edge, The Joe Namath Show and The Tonight Show With Johnny Carson.
In 2015, he offered a $100,000 reward for the safe return of two teenage boys who went missing during a fishing trip in Florida.
