FOOTBALL IN HIGH HEELS: IRONMAN TRAINING PLAYLIST
My dear readers, I have a confession to make! I never made it to the gym today. I was so tired after work and between that, craziness in my personal life and other stress, (mercury is SO in retrograde now!) I ended up going home and watching Facts Of Life and Big Bang Theory reruns. My philosophy is to listen to my body and today it was telling me to relax. (Plus, it is not good to work out every single day)
However, I did keep my diet in check and walked 18,000 steps according to my Fitbit. I plan to be back in action tomorrow and will focus on my running and strength training. Friday will be a bike and abs day and also signing up for swimming classes. (Dinner was Omaha Steak burgers with avocados and baked fries on the side)
Since I will be running tomorrow ( am not sure if I will use my own treadmill or go to the gym, depends on the weather.) I need to make a playlist. I have an eclectic amount of music, thanks to the spin classes I teach, so any workout list I make for this will be just as interesting. Here are some of the songs I will be using tomorrow.
