Hello, and welcome to The New Celebrity Apprentice on NBC. Tonight we face the third task, which involves fitness and lifestyle for the Welch’s company. They need to do an 8-10 minute interactive segment for the company that represents a healthy lifestyle. Rocco DiSpirito and Arnold’s nephew Patrick  are the advisors along with the Welch’s team.

The PMs are Laila Ali and Chael Sonnen…and since they are both fighters, it will prove to be interesting.

Chael wants Ricky to be his right hand man. They decide to represent different types of lifestyles and add some fun music. Not everyone agrees with all the ideas, but they and try to make it work.

The ladies are still tense due to the Lisa debacle, but still come together. Their ideas are to do a take on a talk show or some sort of gossipy event. Laila also wants to do a live cooking segment. The advisor wants them to make people laugh, so they are worried about how they are going to make this happen. They toast with wine, although Laila and Lisa decline because they don’t drink. Laila wants them to focus, but the other women seem to want to gossip.

I like their talk show segment where they talk about making lunches for the kids. It is actually very cute, but it seems like they go off topic a bit too much with Lisa interviewing Brooke. Laila’s smoothie segment is probably what saved them.

The men decide to add comedy and music to their segment and seem pretty confident about how they are doing against the women.

Their segment has Carson hosting, which is amazing in itself. Dr. Matt was hysterical and Jon cracked me up! Ricky having them do shots pulled it all together, as did all the running and dancing. Carson admits it wasn’t perfect in terms of featuring the product, but it seemed to work.

Back to the boardroom. Each team gives the pros and cons of how they think they did, and then the advisors offer their opinions.

The women win, which gives Laila $50,000 for her charity, which is the Women’s Sports Foundation.

The men need to send someone home. Ricky says he may not have liked the idea, but he wanted to support them as much as possible. Chael isn’t happy with Ricky’s work ethic.

Everyone begins offering their opinions on who did well and who was the weakest link. Chael says Ricky turned on him, so he is bringing him back to the boardroom, along with Eric, who doesn’t care if he is fired.

The three guys in the boardroom argue over who should stay and who should be fired. At the end, Arnold terminates Eric and sends him to the ‘choppa.’

The second hour kicks off with a task for Kings Hawaiian. They must do a video to promote their new BBQ sauces.

Nicole and Matt are the PMs.

Nicole is scared, but wants to prove she is a good businesswoman. She wants people to do what they are comfortable with, but also wants to be tough. Their idea is to do a Saucy Housewives/Double Dipping video. There is still a lot of drama, but they seem to try and want to work together.

The guys want to do a football related video using the sauces. Jon wants to do more comedy, but refuses to listen to other people’s ideas. This annoys his teammates, who just want him to listen.  This leads to a big fight between the guys.

Matt quoting Boy George’s music to describe his behavior completely made my life, as did Carson and Ricky playing football together. Carson hurt his arm, but is still working, on painkillers and Chardonnay. It reminds me of Bill Engvall’s Vicodinland.

The women seem to be all over the place and confused as to what they are doing and what they should be doing. Nicole seems upset and overwhelmed. I feel like most of the women aren’t respecting her, which is sad. She isn’t the same girl she was years ago and needs to be respected, but on the same token, she needs to stop being so nice and stand up for herself.

Each team show their videos to the advisors before giving the pros and cons in the boardroom. The teams each offer their opinions on how they did on each video.

The men won, which means Matt gets $50,000 for his charity The Arthritis Foundation.

The women need to now pick someone to get fired. The advisors and Arnold all think that the Housewives video is the reason they lost. Everyone tries to blame Lisa, who says that people need to stop blaming her. Laila says that there were ‘too many cooks in the kitchen’ and there was a lack of chemistry. She tries to talk about Lisa’s reaction to being a director, but Lisa keeps interrupting.

Nicole, Porsha and Lisa go back to the boardroom. They continue to argue….or at least Porsha and Lisa argue. Nicole looks like a deer caught in headlights. She says she wishes she could be strong like them and hates seeing them fight.

Arnold says she is doing extraordinary reinventing herself, but he can tell this is too much for her. He terminates her and sends her to the choppa. She thanks the ‘Terminatorness’ and thanks him. She loves him and goes on her way.

More next week! Stay tuned!
