Back to the challenge! I know, I’ve been lax about it lately, due to life getting in the way, but now I am back and ready to reboot.
Food: I have about two weeks worth of groceries, and on a strict budget….strict meaning aside from the coffee I need, I cannot buy ANYTHING. I MUST finish everything and not buy meals out, throw things out or waste anything. The biggest challenge is going to be figuring out what to eat with the ingredients I have, so I will be posting recipes for this as I come up with them.
Fitness: Yeah….this took a back seat, took a left and got out of control. I barely worked out at ALL these past few weeks due to work, family obligations, illness and plain not having time. I know people say the out of time reason is a cop out excuse, but it is the truth. Between running two sites, working full time and traveling an hour each way to work, it is not exactly easy to get to the gym. I also don’t have a car, which makes it difficult to get to the gym, for the bus schedule isn’t always reliable or safe.
My goal is to do my mini workouts, which include weight lifting and the videos I found on Amazon Prime. Most are less than fifteen minutes and can be done while cooking dinner or doing laundry.
