Top of the first inning, after allowing a single, Aaron Hicks makes a leaping catch at the wall to deny Travis d’Arnaud a two run homer.

Braves try again in the second, Hicks can’t make a catch allowing a runner on base and Johan Camargo hits the two run shot to the second deck in right field.
Yankees return the favor in the bottom of the inning with Gary Sanchez and Clint Frazier going back to back with solo home runs of their own.
Moving ahead to the fourth inning Yankees add to more with DJ LeMahieu scoring from first on a double by Hicks. Hicks would get home via a single from Gleyber Torres.
Fifth inning, more runs for the Bronx Bombers. Frazier doubles and scores on a single by LeMahieu. Luke Voit hits a line drive to center field, scoring LeMahieu and it’s 6-2 Yankees.
Braves would get just one more run in the game. It came in the top of the ninth. Zack Britton comes in to close with two men on and one out.
Yankees win 6-3 and sweep the two game series. LeMahieu went 4 for 5 and brought his batting average to .431 and Frazier went 3 for 4 in his first game of the season.
The Yankees host the Red Sox on Friday.
The Braves head to Miami to take on the Marlins on Friday.
