Final game this season between the Orioles and the Yankees.
Orioles get out ahead in the second inning with a solo home run by Renato Nunez to right field. Tyler Wade answer with one of his own in the third to tie the game.
Fourth inning, two singles and a walk load the bases for the Yankees with one out, but are unable to capitalize as the Orioles get the next two batters to popout and flyout respectively.
Fifth inning, Orioles have two men on base. Cedric Mullins reaches on a fielder’s choice out to home plate. A strike them out, throw them out double play takes care of the inning for Baltimore.
Bottom of the eighth, two out for the Yankees. Aaron Hicks and Clint Frazier get on base. The Orioles change pitchers. Gleyber Torres pinch hits and hits a double off the center field wall. Hicks scores, Frazier hustles home and avoids being tagged out at home.
Yankees win 3-1 and sweep the Orioles in the Bronx.
